Stress is very important to me. It helps me to stay focused on the task at hand.

Of course, there are times when too much pressure can lead to stress.

However, I am good at balancing multiple stress.

For example, I once had three projects due in the same week.

That was a lot of pressure.

 

However, I handled stress by focusing on tasks with top priorities.

I broke down each project in to small assignments and managed to complete all projects ahead of time.

That's why I consider stress as a constructive force.

I don't like to let stress take over a situation. Instead, I like to stay focused on the task at hand.

In that way, I can handle the situation without becoming too stressed.

For example, I once had problems in a team.

 

Everyone had different ideas and no one wanted to take the lead.

Instead of dwelling on that stress, I handled the situation by proactively communicating with team.

We talked about the bottom of the issue, troubleshoot it, and then completed the project sucessfully.

That's how I dealt with stress.
