[영어 인터뷰] 상황 질문

 

Questions.

- Tell me about a time when a project you are working on might miss a deadline.

- Tell me about a work problem that required a complicated solution and how you worked with your team to resolve it.

- Tell me about a time when things didn't go the way you wanted at work, such as a project that failed or being passed over for a promotion?

- Can you tell me about a project where you volunteered to help or offered support?

In school, I was assigned to a project with other classmates to create a basic program for appointment systems.

I was in charge of contacting offices to learn about their systems.

Other team members were assigned to design the software interface.

After I finished my assignment, I found that other teammates were having difficult problems to get the project done.

I quickly communicated this with my team leader and suggested that we share the workload.

He accepted my ideas and he made me and other members who finished their roles available for developing the interface.
