(Weakness-1)

I am an independent person and enjoy working quickly so it has been dificult for me to ask for help when I need it.

In one memorable instance, when I felt burned out with my workload, my senior colleagues suggested me a great idea to finish my work quickly.

 

Since then, I have learned that it is much more beneficial for me to reach out when I do not understand something or feel burned out.

To combat this, I try not to hesitate when I ask for help to complete my work.

 

(Weakness-2)

I am a sensitive person so oftentimes, I tend to be timid when providing feedback to my friends or coworkers.

I don't want to hurt someone's feelings.

In one memorable instance, my friend asked me to edit some of his work and provide feedback for improvement.

 

I didn't want to be blunt but tried to be honest and kind.

He appreciated my help and got the better result because of my help.

Since then, I have learned that it is much more beneficial for me and my friend to offer honest feedback.

I realized that my empathy can be used for my advantage.
